Since 1982, the Gaudium Awards have honored men and women whose lives have “illumined the horizon of human experience” through extraordinary vocations in the arts and public service.
Writers, clergy, actors, composers, journalists, public officials, singers, musicians, teachers, physicians and dancers have accepted this honor for bringing joy, insight and inspiration to others.
The ceremony is not only honorific. Through the generosity of those attending, significant funds are raised and distributed each year to worthy charitable organizations.
